Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Orders are shipped through UPS and FedEx.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@blushboomco.store. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you in finding a resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
